I joined this a while ago buuut i have not figured out how it really works yet. so! i am just gonna write something. maybe post a picture of sorts. yeah. i got a new computer on sunday. i am very excited about it. i plan on using this for many years to come. and since it is small i am able to take it places and the best thing is...it does not get cluttered by my parent's stuff all over the desktop! Here's the thing...communities like ours usually excite folks under 25 or so...when it is the folks over 25 that make all the money. The three communities like ours that don't have money issues are the Simple Way Camden House and Rutba House...and they all have leaders who have published books and do national speaking and can bring money in that way. AND they're in neighborhoods with trashed housing markets...which means they don't need as much money to get housing.

But its all good. We don't need this property before we can move forward. We're still hoping and praying, but in the meantime we're considering renting a 2nd community house (perhaps even a third)? Getting a property would be HUGE, but God can still use us without a building. :)

If someone buys it before we raise the funds (which seems increasingly likely), we'll wait and hope for a new building opportunity in the neighborhood.
